Kitchen > Cutlery > Kershaw Shun

Founded in 1974 by Pete Kershaw, Kershaw-Shun has earned a reputation for quality, design and beauty. Many items are presented in a handsome bamboo presentation gift box. And, they’re manufactured in the United States, in Tualatin, Oregon.

The forged steel blade is VG-10 clad with 16 layers of SUS410 high-carbon stainless steel on each side to produce a rust-free Damascus-look blade. The incredibly sharp edge not only holds longer with the VG-10, but is also easier to maintain. Not only beautiful, the Damascus design also reduces food’s ability to stick to the blade.

The Kershaw Shun Classic “D” shape Pakkawood (resin impregnated hardwood) handle along with the offset stainless steel bolster provide both ergonomic function and beauty. Each piece is presented in a handsome, presentation gift box.
