Following the incredible success of Kit Carson's original aluminum M16 series, the most common request was for an M16 in a more modest size for every day use and carry. CRKT has come up with a Compact EDC! Featuring CNC machined perimeter radius hard anodized aluminum contoured handles long enough for heavy work with comfort. Loaded with features such as the LAWKS (Lake and Walker Knife Safety), which converts them to virtual fixed blades when engaged and the Carson Flipper'' extension to the blade which aids in opening and acts as an additional blade guard.
