Persian Series (B11)
Dramatic lines, graceful curves, and exquisite materials all find harmony in this new pattern from William Henry. The Persian is a return to an early pattern (also called the Persian) that featured a different locking system and much less sculpture in the design - the original was retired in year 2000, and many enthusiasts and aficionados have been pining for it since then. Re-designed from the ground up, keeping only the dramatic upswept curve of the blade, the B11 Persian is a bold interpretation of a timeless icon of cutlery.
